93rd ANNUAL DISTRICT CONVENTION
Saturday May 11, 2024

The AHEPA Family of Theodore Zorbas Chapter 176 Woburn, Massachusetts in conjunction with the District 8 Lodge of the AHEPA and the Daughters of Penelope, invites members of the AHEPA, DOP, Maids of ATHENA and the Sons of Pericles to the 93rd AHEPA Bay State District 8 Annual Convention to be held on Saturday May 11, 2024.
We are looking forward to your participation for a great convention of deliberations and the opportunity to socialize with our AHEPA Family Members. The events to be held at the Hellenic Community Center, of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church of Woburn, located at 70 Montvale Avenue, Woburn, MA 01801. The schedule of events is listed below, and we look forward to your enthusiastic participation.

CONVENTION SCHEDULE
Saturday – May 11, 2024:
7:30-8:45am – Continental Breakfast – Community Center Main Hall
8:00-8:45am- Delegate Registration- Community Center Main Hall
9:00-9:30am- Convention Opening and Welcoming Remarks- Community Center Main Hall
9:30am-12:00pm- Chapter and Committee Meetings- Community Center Meeting Rooms
12:00-1:00pm- Luncheon- Community Center Main Hall
1:00-3:00pm- Convention Committee Reports and good of the Order. Community Center Meeting Rooms
5:30-6:00pm- Reception/Cocktail Hour- Community Center Main Hall
6:00-11:00pm- Convention Banquet with Live music and Greek Dance Group Performance- Hellenic Community Center
